Classification: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000 – $110,000 per year DOE + Commission
Primary Role
The Audio/Visual (A/V) Account Executive is responsible for exceeding sales revenue goals, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s customer base. This role requires both technical knowledge of low-voltage A/V systems and strong sales acumen.
The ideal candidate will have experience with A/V product lines such as Q-SYS, Biamp, Extron, Crestron, and others, along with the ability to engage customers, uncover needs, and translate them into tailored solutions. Experience collaborating with electrical contractors and general contractors on design/build projects, bids, and direct-to-customer sales is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and grow an existing client base while proactively generating new business.
· Prospect and engage potential customers to identify needs and propose solutions.
· Prepare accurate and professional proposals, bids, and sales documentation.
· Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on all leads.
· Deliver compelling presentations to clients and management.
· Promote EVCO Integrated Solutions’ full range of products and services.
· Accurately track and report sales activities to management.
· Submit sales orders, job notes, and supporting documentation on time.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of A/V product lines and industry trends.
· Collaborate with management to establish competitive pricing strategies.
· Pursue ongoing training to strengthen technical and sales expertise.
· Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Accountability
The Account Executive reports directly to Management and is secondarily accountable to fellow team members, employees, and customers.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience in sales and service of electronic systems.
· Knowledge of customer relations, marketing, communications, and project management.
· Preferred Certifications: CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I (AVIXA).
· 3–5 years of relevant sales or A/V industry experience.

· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30% locally.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
· Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, and use hands/fingers.
· Occasional light lifting, reaching, and carrying required.
· Moderate noise level in typical work environments.
· Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor activities subject to seasonal weather.
